30-Day Return Window
We want you to love every product you buy from Bloomopia. If you're not completely satisfied, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
- Pack the item securely and drop it at any post office.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost — no return needed.
Exceptions
Items that have been used beyond normal testing and consumable items (e.g. soil) cannot be returned. All other products qualify.
